In-house engineering and testing allow SIMFLO to maintain the most stringent quality standards possible. SIMFLO Quality Assurance procedures were designed and developed by our own engineers and plant supervisors to meet ISO-9001 standards. With testing facilities at multiple SIMFLO locations, we’re able to test pumps with a maximum flow of 30,000 GPM and electrical service up to 1,000 HP.
We uphold the same standards when it comes to safe drinking water. SIMFLO’s products and facilities go through ongoing testing to verify their safety and performance. Our 4”–28” bowl assemblies have earned NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 and NSF/ANSI 372 certification from NSF International, which ensures the greatest benefit to both you and your end-users.

Along with an unrelenting commitment to quality is a drive to continuously improve our product offerings. SIMFLO’S state-of-the-art performance testing facility affords us the capability to fine-tune our existing line of pumps as well as to stay at the forefront of the industry with new product designs.
SIMFLO’s testing facilities allow for precise performance measurement of new, existing or rebuilt pumps through the use of calibrated laboratory meters and equipment. Data is comprehensively analyzed, incorporating all hydraulic, mechanical and electrical losses, to assure SIMFLO customers of a pump that will perform in the field as specified on paper.
