Machine Shop

Simflo's shop has grown over many years to meet the increasing demands and changing needs of our customers.  We have advanced CNC machining stations, an expansive weld shop, a digital balancing station, many standard lathes, several specialized machines for oversize parts, and a complete paint bay.

Our entire shop is outfitted with forklift-wide aisles and mobile cranes to help move large parts and assemblies efficiently through our plant.  The shop floor is setup to facilitate the movement of assemblies from the Supply Department, to machining stations, assembly stations, the Test Facility, the paint bay, and then to the yard for crating and shipping.  Our weld shop is near the paint bay as well to aid in getting large welded items painted and ready for shipment.
